Is BookNest really free?
Yes! We will always have a free version of BookNest. No hidden fees, no credit card required. We may add premium features in the future, but the core functionality will always be free for Filipino hosts like you.
Does BookNest sync with Airbnb or Booking.com?
Not yet. BookNest is currently a manual booking management tool. You'll need to enter your bookings manually, but we make it quick and easy. Automatic sync with OTAs is on our roadmap for future updates.
Can I invite my team members?
Yes! You can invite team members to help manage your properties. Assign roles like admin or member, and collaborate on bookings, tasks, and property management.
How does BookNest prevent double bookings?
BookNest automatically checks for date conflicts when you add a new booking. If the dates overlap with an existing booking for the same property, you'll be alerted before saving.
What currencies does BookNest support?
BookNest is built for Filipino hosts, so all amounts are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Revenue tracking, nightly rates, and payment summaries are all in PHP.
Is my data secure?
Yes. BookNest uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections, secure authentication, and row-level security to ensure your property and booking data stays private.
